Service Delivery Process
Step 1 — Inquiry & Consultation
All new clients begin with a complimentary consultation (in person, phone, or video). We discuss vision, timeline, budget, and deliverables. A customized quote is provided within 24 hours.
Step 2 — Booking & Contract
A signed contract and 50% deposit secures the booking. All contracts clearly outline deliverables, timeline, usage rights, and cancellation policy.
Step 3 — Session or Event Coverage
We arrive early, prepared, and professional. All sessions include direction, posing guidance, and location scouting as needed. On-location capabilities cover all of the Atlanta Metro Area.
Step 4 — Editing & Delivery
Standard turnaround is 14 days for portraits/headshots, 21 days for events and weddings. Rush editing available at a premium. All images delivered via private online gallery with full-resolution downloads.
Step 5 — Follow-Up & Relationship Building
Every client receives a follow-up check-in after delivery. We request a Google/Yelp review and introduce our referral program. Long-term relationship building is central to our growth strategy.
